Through philanthropy and community involvement, RRVTMA awards scholarships and facilitates apprenticeships in tooling, machining, welding, and engineering.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Lyford has served on the RRVTMA Board of Directors since 2023, contributing to initiatives supporting technical education, apprenticeship pathways, and stronger collaboration among regional manufacturers.
